We have been free from A T and T for several years and doing great with a great carrier – which I will not mention because this is not a commercial …
This article is posted because of something I received in the mail.
I can’t say how many times I’ve heard someone say they were abused by them and their service and technology is frustratingly inferior … from celebs to every day folks …
Think of the old plot line that comes from the story of a boyfriend / girlfriend from hell.
It’s a favorite subject of creepy suspense movies and novels.
Once one breaks from an abusive relationship, the evil one returns one day to “apologize” and explain they will be better if you will just take them back.
How many young ladies have been ruined by this kind of smooth criminal.
A T and T is the epitome’ of that abusive relationship from hell.
A T and T as a company is predatory at best.
We were abused by them severely. It became so ridiculous it is difficult to describe what went on with them during the “contract” period.
Lewis Black did a great segment during his “In God We Rust” show on how evil A T and T is and how abusive they are.

The original A T and T have been bought and sold many times over. They are not the same people even a few years ago – and I have no idea who they are now – nor do I even care.
We became “customers” when they bought out Cingular. Then a 2 year ride through an abusive hell began.
Not just bad service or inferior quality …
ABUSIVE …
… and it went on and on and on …
Notorious for passing support calls around and making customers repeat the same steps over and over – it became clear it is policy to attempt to frustrate.
They finally sent me to get my phone “fixed” at one of their stores. They put in a new “chip” and I made sure they would not try to start a new contract in doing so …
A T and T assured me the current contract would not change or be restarted.
BUT THEY ACTIVATED A NEW 2 YEAR CONTRACT – and everything became immediately worse.
Yes – A T and T is evil – and you will find out if you ever become a “customer” (slave) …
NOW – A T and T sent me a really official looking letter – the type like a bank would send that you have to tear the tabs off the side and it’s printed on both sides in a patter to be private …
There is NO INDICATION it is from A T and T – a PO box return address with “OFFICIAL NOTICE” where the company name would be on the return address … all very spooky and official looking …
It is an “official switch notice” that is trying to trick me into some new bundling scheme they’ve cooked up … some sort of bundle for everything from TV channels to phones …
YOU’VE GOTTA BE S******G ME !!!
So the old abusive psycho flame from the past shows up and wants to be taken back …
“I’ll be better this time … I promise” …. SSSHHHUUUUURRRREEEE YOU WILL !!!
On top of it all is trying to trick people into thinking this stupid and abusive “offer” is some kind of official notice.
How many stupid people are out there anyway?
Take my word for it –
Think of the most psycho and abusive relationship you ever had in your life – and multiply that by 10 …
