We need Free Trade between the USA and South Korea

| October 10, 2011

It is a great and historical moment to have U.S. House Speaker John Boehner (the Republican of Ohio) to invite South Korean President Lee Myung-bak to address a joint session of Congress next week.

Korea (the real Corea [properly spelled with a “C”] – not the communist hyjacked part to the north) is a mini-America. A very beautiful place. Unlike the conquered Japan, we simply protected the ROK (Republic of Korea) and left them to grow on their own into the economic power house they are today.

The largest number of musical instruments come from there. The shipbuilding is amazing and the largest in the world if memory serves me … they are always in the 10p 10 economies of the world.

Why is that? Because they took from us the concept of a Constitutional Republic.

The amazing quality of production greatly surpasses anything in Asia – especially communist China.

They are a very special people and have a fascinating history. They are very unique from the rest of Asia. They have two independence days, one based on liberation of the Japanese at the end of WWII and one from 1592.

If you buy ROK goods, you are buying from friends – and you are buying high quality … not like the inferior and cheap communist Chinese goods. (and I mean cheap not in price, but quality)

Establish free trade with all friends of the USA and shun propping up communist regimes !
