Sing … Sing … Sing …
Aside from everything else, I am really enjoying (for lack of a better term) the excitement of this election year.
The post production on the new film project is going well – and on top of all that it’s quite an exciting time to be alive. But just like any other roller coaster ride, I’d rather it be over. I’m more content watching roller coasters.
I just completed an article on basic microphone technique for new singers in Christian Accompaniment Tracks Music Magazine. Check it out sometime.
I first saw the Swingle Singers live back around 1982ish … It wasn’t the original 60’s group other than the leader was still in there. They were amazing.
Especially the guy who could hum the bass line while whistling the melody of a Bach piece. He looked like he was in pain while doing it. They are the most fun and amazing acapella group you will ever hear.
I came across this from the new Swingle Singers who did a “flash mob” inspired performance on the subway in the London Underground – much to the delight of the unsuspecting passengers.
