Happy Anniversary to Johannes Gutenberg

| February 24, 2013

It is widely agreed by historians that this was the date of the first printed book by Johannes Gutenberg.
The Holy Bible was the first book to be printed in 1455 AD.

This technology of printing started a great change in the world. Printed paper made books possible to educate and enlighten people. Even start revolutions and pass knowledge down generations that would otherwise be lost.

Printing began the best preservation of knowledge.

Early printing was a truly physical, nasty, and hazardous vocation.

Remember this when you effortlessly copy and paste something to notepad …
