The Bulls, the Fleas and the Intimidated

| April 5, 2012

The idea of actually doing something affects types of people differently ~

Some blast off like a bull in a china shop …

Some are too intimidated by fear to even start out …

Some wander with no map …

Yet there are the few who are wise and treat life as a road where they are the turtle and not the hare.

Modern technology confounds this also –

… especially the telephone …

Some callers are just talkers – big ideas but no action. Don’t let those kind eat away at time that you could be getting stuff done in your own life.

Some are like fleas and ticks … time vampires … crumb suckers looking for a free lunch at your expense.

Yet the MOST TRAGIC are those that have a worthy cause and profitable idea, yet never call because they have already defeated themselves into inaction.

Aesop was most observant and clever to put simple truths into stories for children that will be very valuable when they grow up. It’s OBVIOUS who didn’t read these when growing up. There needs to be Aesop for adults. However, it’s better the way it is – the diligent have the advantage …

Clearly understanding the road and having what one needs for a journey before setting out is more than half the work. I’m a HUGE stickler for “pre-production” …

Sticking to the right road is the other side of success.

The most despicable person is the waster of your time !

“…the worker deserves his wages. Do not move around from house to house.”

– Luke 10:7
