I finally realized that everything relates to how Career politicians interpret the US Constitution.
Here is the way an American reads the US Constitution Preamble:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
This is the way the professional politicians read the US Constitution Preamble:
We the politicians who will say anything to get elected in the United States, in order to screw up a perfect union, establish social justice, insure domestic instability to insure our own purposes, provide incompetent micromanagement for the frustration of competent common defence, promote the redefining of welfare to redistribute the wealth of the diligent, and secure the blessings of our re-elections to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish maximum efforts to disreguard this Constitution of the United States of America.
