Wow! A farm without manure !!! It depends on where the manure comes from.

A new solar farm has cranked up just outside Memphis. ONE MEGA WATT ! It only cost $30,000,000 to build it.

They hope that by the year 2020, the cost per watt will get down to $1 per watt.

So let’s see – that 15 watt twisty bulb will only cost me $15 an hour to use 8 years from now.

Am I doing the math right?

And what’s that bill the Legislature is considering that raises the property tax on solar farm property from .5% (half a percent) to 33%???

Maybe it would be a better idea to strap solar panels to the backs of cows and run extension cords from them to a big storage battery in a barn ?!?
